Questions, answered plainly.
Do my clients need a RemiXiss account?
No. Clients open the gallery link you send. If the gallery is public, they can view it immediately. If it is protected, they use the gallery-specific login and password you create — that does not create a photographer account.
Can I protect a gallery with a password?
Yes. Each gallery can be public or login-required. Protected galleries use dedicated client credentials that you generate and share. Those credentials belong to that gallery only.
Can clients download photographs?
Yes. Clients can download individual photographs from the gallery and lightbox, and use Download all when the gallery has photos.
Can I customize the gallery?
Yes. You can set gallery backgrounds, client-login backgrounds and appearance controls such as darkness, blur, saturation and crop. Photographer identity — name, links and, on Pro+, branding — can appear on the client-facing delivery.
What happens when I reach my storage limit?
New uploads that would exceed a project's source storage limit are blocked. Pro+ also has a cap on new uploaded source data per usage period. Existing photographs stay in the gallery; you can free space by removing files, or move to a plan with a higher limit.
Can I remove RemiXiss branding?
White-label client galleries are part of Pro+. On Free and Pro, RemiXiss branding remains visible on client-facing pages.
What happens to my galleries if I change plan?
Existing galleries are not deleted because you change plan. Paid upgrades apply according to billing. If a paid subscription returns to Free, galleries stay online and Free limits then apply to new projects and storage.
